When I have been experiencing frustration about a service, that is when the value of
professionalism can be most clear.
For instance, I could be struggling with getting my insurance company to explain what they will
cover and when.
Or, I could be in the middle of a home renovation
that has been totally stalled
because of complications with city inspectors.
In fact, I could even just be cautious because someone keeps saying "yes" while I feel
increasingly hesitant to trust them to do what they say they will do
(and to do it on the schedule that they promise).
